RT-qPCR mix for probes High ROX
High ROX quantitative RT-PCR mixes for probes are made for use with qPCR devices requiring high ROX as an internal reference dye for fluorescent signal normalization and correction of optical well-to-well variations.
The mix for probes consists of all the necessary components (except template DNA, primers and probes): a Reverse transcriptase, a Taq polymerase, dNTPs, MgCl2 and High ROX dye.
