1X ClearSort™ NS is an isotonic phosphate buffered saline solution pH 7.2 containing 1.0 mM tetrasodium EDTA. ClearSort™ NS is a submicron filtered, low particle count, nonsterile solution useful as a cell sorting sheath fluid option. Tetrasodium EDTA is noncytotoxic during the cell sorting process and is used to prevent the accumulation of biofilm on the cell sorter fluidic pathway.

Clean and sanitize fluidic flow path and sheath fluid tanks as directed by manufacturer for sorting. Aseptically transfer the 1X sheath fluid to the sheath tank.

Store Leinco sheath fluids at room temperature. DO NOT FREEZE. Stable when stored as directed for 12 months from date received.
