4°C Do Not FreezeCCR2 is a G-protein linked seven transmembrane domain spanning chemokine receptor that preferentially binds monocyte chemoattractant proteins-1 and -3 (MCP-1 and MCP-3). Cells that respond to the action of MCP-1 and therefore are likely to express CCR2 receptors include monocytes, T cells, NK cells, basophils, mast cells, and dendritic cells.||Applications:|Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry. Other applications not tested.||Recommended Dilutions:|Flow Cytometry: 10ul labels 1x10e6 cells.|Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.||Hybridoma:|Fusion of a mouse myeloma with B cells obtained from a rat immunized with L1.2 cells transfected with mouse CCR2.||Storage and Stability:|Store product at 4°C in the dark. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Caution: APC conjugates are sensitive to light. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
