Presence of ER in breast tumors indicates an increased likelihood of response to anti-estrogen (e.g. tamoxifen) therapy.||Applications: |Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry (Not Tested), ELISA, Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested.||Recommended Dilution:|Flow Cytometry (Not Tested): 0.5-1ug/million cells|Western Blot: 0.5-1ug/ml for 2 hours at RT|Immunohistochemistry: Frozen & Formalin-paraffin: 0.5-1ug/ml; 30 min at RT|Staining of formalin-fixed tissues requires boiling tissue sections in 10mM citrate buffer, pH 6.0, for 10-20 min followed by cooling at RT for 20 minutes|Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.||Positive Control: |MCF-7 Cells or Breast Cancers.||Storage and Stability:|May be stored at 4°C before opening.
