Ly-6G, formerly known as the myeloid differentiation antigen Gr-1, is a GPI-anchored protein.1 In the bone marrow, the level of antigen expression is directly correlated with granulocyte differentiation and maturation. It is also transiently expressed on monocytes in the bone marrow.2 In the periphery, Ly-6G is expressed predominantly on neutrophils.||Applications:|Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, Immunohistochemistry, Immunoprecipitation and in-vitro complement-dependent cytotoxicity assays. Other applications have not been tested. ||Recommended Dilutions: |Flow Cytometry: ≤0.03ug/10e6 cells in a final volume of 100ul|Immunohistochemistry: Frozen sections|Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. ||Storage and Stability:|May be stored at 4°C before opening. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C as an undiluted liquid. Dilute only prior to immediate use. Stable for 12 months after receipt at 4°C. Freezing R-Phycoerythrin (PE)/ Cy5.5 conjugates will result in a substantial loss of activity. PE conjugates are sensitive to light.
