HLA-DR antigen, a member of the MHC class II family, which is expressed by B lymphocytes, activated T cells and monocytes.|Mouse anti Human HLA-DR antibody, binds to a conformational epitope on HLA-DRalpha and does not cross react with HLA-DQ and HLA-DP.||Applications: |Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry. Other applications not tested.||Recommended Dilution:|Flow Cytometry: ≤0.5ug/10e6 cells in 100ul or 100ul whole blood|Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.||Storage and Stability:|May be stored at 4°C before opening. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C as an undiluted liquid. Dilute only prior to immediate use. Stable for 12 months after receipt at 4°C. Freezing R-Phycoerythrin (PE) conjugates will result in a substantial loss of activity. PE/Cy5 conjugates are sensitive to light.
