Applications: |Suitable for use in Western Blot, ELISA, Immunohistochemistry and Immunomicroscopy. Other applications have not been tested.||Recommended Dilution: |ELISA: 1:3000-1:8500 |Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.||Label:|Biotinamidocaproate N-Hydroxysuccinimide Ester (BAC)||Biotin/Protein Ratio: 10-20 BAC molecules per Goat IgG molecule||Storage and Stability:|Lyophilized powder may be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Reconstitute to nominal volume by adding sterile 40-50% glycerol and store at -20°C. Reconstituted product is stable for 12 months at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
