Product Data
Recommended Dilution Suitable for Immunomicroscopy and flow cytometry or FACS analysis as well as other antibody based fluorescent assays requiring extremely low background levels, absence of F(c) mediated binding, lot-to-lot consistency, high titer and specificity.
Reactivities Human
Host Goat
Clonality Polyclonal
Immunogen Human IgG, IgA, and IgM whole molecules
Specificity This product was prepared from polyspecific antiserum by immunoaffinity chromatography using antigens coupled to agarose beads followed by solid phase adsorption(s) to remove any unwanted reactivities.
Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Goat Serum.
