Clone Name NI 158
Applications ELISA, IF, IP, WB
Recommended Dilution To identify the presence of IgD in human serum, other body fluids, cell and tissue substrates and to determine its concentration in techniques as ELISA, immunoperoxidase
staining of cytoplasmic IgD, and immunoblotting. As a second step an avidin or streptavidin conjugate of the customer’s choice have to be used.
General Recommended Dilutions:
Histochemical Use: 1/50-1/200
ELISA: from 1/500 upwards.
Western blot: from 1/1000 upwards.
Reactivities Human
Host Mouse
Isotype IgG1
Clonality Monoclonal
Immunogen Highly purified polyclonal IgD isolated from human serum.
Specificity The reactivity of the antiserum is restricted to an isotype specific determinant of the IgD molecule as tested in direct binding enzyme immunoassay, immunoblotting, immunoprecipitation and direct immunoperoxidase staining of cytoplasmic Ig.
The antiserum does not react with any other component of the human Ig system or any other human plasma protein as tested. This antiserum has not been tested for cross-reactivity with other species.
Formulation PBS, pH 7.2 without preservatives or foreign proteins.
Label: Biotin
State: Lyophilized purified Ig fraction
Molar radio: Biotin/IgG ~5.0
Reconstitution Method Restore by adding 0.5 ml sterile distilled water.
Concentration 0.4 mg/ml
Conjugation Biotin
Storage Store lyophilized at 2-8°C and reconstituted at 2-8°C for one week or (in aliquots) at -20°C for longer.
