SpCrossreactivityThe 19 aa rat AVPV1A11-P has 100% sequence homology with rat AVP1a receptors (394, 395, and 424 aa), 84% with mouse, 68% with human, and 52% with sheep AVR-V1a receptors. However, no significant similarity is seen with AVP V1b or V2 or V3 receptors. Antibody crossreactivity of AVR-V1a antibody in various species is not known.
