DescriptionBackground UltraStable™ - FISH Horseradish Peroxidase HRPO Stabilizer is a proprietary stabilization formulation containing high molecular weight fish gelatin. Fish gelatin is an antifreeze protein, apparently depressing the freezing point of water by inhibiting the formation of ice crystals. UltraStable™ - FISH Horseradish Peroxidase HRPO Stabilizer may be used as a diluent for all peroxidase conjugates. In addition to stabilizing the enzymatic activity of peroxidase conjugates this diluent also helps minimize non-specific interactions in immunoassays. Benefits • Increased Signal – Proper stabilization of peroxidase conjugates ensures preservation of the enzymatic activity. • Ease of Use – A one component “Ready Use” formulation increases assay efficiency. • Extended Shelf Life – UltraStable™ - FISH HRPO Stabilizer/Diluent is stable for a minimum of 2 years when stored at 2° - 8°C. Directions for Use Simply dilute your horseradish peroxidase conjugate to a concentration of > 2 µg/ml in UltraStable™ - FISH HRPO Stabilizer. In some cases certain conjugates are stable below 2 µg/ml. Each investigator should conduct their own stability studies at the working concentrations used in their particular application. |
